SETUP
On the day of the event, exhibitors will need to ensure the exhibition space is ready by 22:00 Hrs of 01 March, 2024 before the Event begins and to stay on for an additional half an hour after the Event ends to service and maintain their exhibition space.
Deadline for all the exhibitor’s/vendors to complete their stand on or before 22:00 hrs 01 March 2024, post which no construction will be allowed.
ACCESS AND BADGES FOR THE CONFERENCE DAYS
All participating exhibitors and sponsors who have been registered for the event should download the mobile application of APBCS 2024 and proceed to check-in at the venue with their QR Codes.
ACCESS FOR BOOTH SETUP
Kindly liaise with Index to provide your vendors the access of the hall for your booth setup, not later than 10 February 2024.
TEAR DOWN
Exhibits items and the booths must be cleared from the area from 14:00 Hrs until 22:00 hrs on 03 March 2024. The organizer/ official contractor/ venue cannot be held responsible for any items left in your stand, aisle or in the loading bay after this time.
ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS
We request all our sponsors and exhibitors to liaise with Index for their electrical requirement on or before 10 February 2024
HEIGHT OF THE EXHIBITION BOOTH
We recommend the maximum height of exhibition booth should not be more than 3 meters according to the approval process of the venue and any further requirements should be communicated and agreed upon with the venue directly.
SIGNAGES AND BRANDING
We request all our exhibitors to maintain their branding elements to be places within their designated exhibit area only
