Senior Staff Nurse Alex Huang is a Specialty Nurse at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). He has obtained his Bachelor of Science (Nursing) with Honours (Distinction) from National University of Singapore in 2016. He received his Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Oncology) from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2018. He is currently serving as the Co-Chairperson of the Nursing Research Committee in NCCS. His research interests are in Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology.

Professor Amy Chow is the Head of Department and Professor with the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, The University of Hong Kong. She is the Director of the Jockey Club End-of-Life Community Care Project and the Master of New College of the University. With the background of registered social worker specialized in bereavement counseling, she is the founder of the first community based bereavement counseling centre in Hong Kong. She is also the Chairperson of the International Workgroup on Death, Dying and Bereavement and the former Secretary of the Association for Death Education and Counseling. Recently, she received the Association for Death Education and Counseling 2020 Research Recognition Award.

Dr. Burbage is a recognized leader in Oncology Nursing and currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the National Oncology Nursing Society. Darcy has over thirty years oncology nursing experience and has worked with people living with cancer and their families in a variety of practice settings as well as authored articles, books chapters, and online courses on multiple oncology topics. Darcy is passionate about helping patients maximize their quality of life and in mentoring new oncology nurses.

Jean Rosiak is a Nurse Practitioner at Advocate Aurora Health Care Comprehensive Breast Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

Dr Tan is a Senior Nurse Clinician and an Advanced Practice Nurse at National Cancer Centre Singapore. She has obtained her specialty oncology certificate in 1996. She has a Master degree in Nursing from National University of Singapore in 2012 and a Master degree of Educational Management from University of Western Australia in 2003. She has completed a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice at Duke University in 2017. Her research interests include quality of life, supportive care and education pedagogies for oncology patients with breast cancer who are going through cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Melanie is an oncology trained nurse who works for the National Cancer Centre Singapore for the past 14 years. In her delivery of care as a breast care nurse, Melanie worked closely with the NCCS multi-disciplinary team which include her fellow breast care nurses, Occupational therapist, Medical Social Workers (MSW) to ensure that the breast care patients are taken care during their cancer trajectory. She often managed patients who faced with various psychosocial challenges, occasions whereby patients refused to go for their treatments or patients who struggle with post treatment side effects. As a nurse clinician, she would also ensure that timely referral to MSW is made. She recognized the importance of rendering support to both patients and caregivers. Melanie served as a facilitator and participated in the events organized by institution such as breast cancer support group and cancer related public forum and cancer related fund raising events.

Suzanne Koh Poh Geok is an Advance Practice Nurse in the National Cancer Center Singapore. She obtained her Masters in Nursing At the National University of Singapore in 2015 Currently she is a breast care nurse managing surgical oncology patients and runs the breast survivorship clinic in NCCS
