Dr Joline Lim is Associate Consultant at the Department of Haematology-Oncology at the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore – NCIS (part of NUHS).
Joline’s study on “Combination and triplet therapy for breast cancer patients” was an early phase clinical trial investigating a novel combination of targeted cancer treatments to understand its effect on patients with advanced refractory cancers. The study successfully showed that this combination had the potential to improve patient outcomes, especially in breast cancer patients for which hormonal therapy is no longer effective.
