Dr. Alban Dien, SpB (K) Onk, is a healthcare professional specializing in Oncology Surgery. He began his educational journey at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Kristen Indonesia in 1990, earning the title of General Practitioner. Continuing his studies at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, he obtained a specialization in General Surgery in 2001, and further specialized in Oncology Surgery, earning the title of Sp.B, ONK in 2005. Dr. Alban Dien, SpB (K) Onk, primarily focuses on the clinical management of breast cancer, head and neck operations, and soft tissue tumors. Currently, he practices at MRCCC Siloam Hospitals, Karet Semanggi, South Jakarta. Dr. Andhika Rachman, SpPD-KHOM, is a medical professional specializing in Hematology and Medical Oncology, currently serving as a Hematology & Oncology Consultant at MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi. His journey in the medical field began in 1999 with a degree in Dokter Umum from Universitas Indonesia, followed by a specialization in Internal Medicine (Spesialis Penyakit Dalam - SpPD) in 2005. Dr. Rachman furthered his education by completing the Doctoral Program in 2009 and obtaining Subspecialization in Hematology and Medical Oncology (KHOM) in 2013. Dr. Ava Kwong is the Chief of Breast Surgery Division, Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong Medical Centre, Director of the Tung Wah Hospital Breast Centre and Director of Breast Center of University of Hong Kong - Shenzhen Hospital. She is the Assistant Dean (Faculty Advancement and Knowledge Exchange) of Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong. She is Honorary Consultant in Breast Surgery at Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital. She had also held the position of Visiting Associate Professor, Division of Oncology, at the Stanford University, USA from 2006- 2013.

Dr. Muhammad Azrif graduated from the Royal Free Hospital & University College London School of Medicine, London, UK in 1997. After completing his training in internal medicine and obtaining his MRCP (UK) in 2000, he entered the specialist training program in Clinical Oncology at the Christie Hospital, Manchester, UK. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (Clinical Oncology) in 2005 and attained his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (UK) before admission to the UK General Medical Council Specialist Register in 2006. He was awarded a one-year Clinical Research Fellowship to the Department of Radiation Oncology, University of Toronto, Canada in mid-2006. He returned to Malaysia in 2007 and served at the National University of Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC) as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist for 5 years before joining private practice in 2012. He has served on various national oncology committees, published in peer-reviewed journals as well as participated in numerous clinical trials, cancer advisory boards, and expert panels.

Associate Professor Benita Tan is a Senior Consultant Breast Surgeon in the Department of General Surgery in Sengkang General Hospital and is the current Chairman of the Division of Surgery at Sengkang General Hospital. She is also a Senior Consultant at the Department of Breast Surgery, Singapore General Hospital and Division of Surgical Oncology in National Cancer Centre, Singapore. She is currently serving various administrative positions in SingHealth as the Vice-chair of Fellowship and Professional Development (FAPD) of the Academic Medicine Council for Surgery ACP, Programme Director of the Associate Consultant Readiness Programme (ACRP) in the Office of Academic & Clinical Development, Academic Development Department, (OACD, ADD), Duke-NUS Medical School where she guides and mentors new associate consultants who embark on the journey as a specialist to build a career path in SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC). She is active in value-based healthcare and a keen driver for sustainability in Go Green activities in Sengkang General Hospital and is Co-chair for Sustainability in Singhealth. A strong believer of collaborative efforts, she works with local and international partners in breast cancer research. She enjoys teaching and shares her clinical experiences with students and holds concurrent appointments of Associate Professor in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and Associate Professor with the Duke-NUS Medical School and is a Lecturer in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Dr. Chao Ni is a breast surgeon at the Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. In particular, he has rich experience in breast endoscopic surgery and has filed three patents. Additionally, he has conducted 2 Investigator initiated trials as a Principle Investigator (NCT05600153, NCT06016790) and participated more than 10 registered clinical trials as a co-PI in the past two years. His basic research work in recent years mainly focuses on breast cancer therapy and resistance (Cancer Letters, 2024), lymph node metastasis (Clinical Cancer Research, 2023) and its relationship with tumor micro-environment (Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, 2020; Medcomm, 2023), which are armed with multiscale techniques, such as special mice model, breast cancer patient- derived organoids and single cell level RNA-seq. His research work is supported by several grants in recent years, including Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, Outstanding Youth Project (LR19H160001), National Natural Science Foundation of China (82273275, 82073151) and Key Research and Development Project of Zhejiang Province (2024C03050).

Dr Yip is currently a consultant breast surgeon in Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care in Malaysia, and holds an appointment as Clinical Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, University Tunku Abdul Rahman, and Kuala Lumpur. She is also the lead clinician for the breast cancer research program in the Cancer Research Malaysia, which is a charity-based cancer research organization. She has been appointed an expert in cancer control by the World Health Organization and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and has been on expert panels in international organizations such as the International Cancer Control Conference, and the Breast Health Global Initiative.

Dr. dr. Cosphiadi Irawan, SpPD-KHOM, is a dedicated medical professional specializing in Internal Medicine with a focus on Hemato-Oncology. Graduating with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universitas Indonesia in 1985, he continued his education to become a Specialist in Internal Medicine (SpPD) in 1995. Driven by a commitment to excellence, he achieved the title of Hemato-Oncology Medical Consultant (SpPD, KHOM) in 2006 and completed a Doctoral Program in the field of Medical Sciences at Universitas Indonesia in 2015. Currently practicing at MRCCC Siloam Hospitals, Karet Semanggi, South Jakarta, Dr. dr. Cosphiadi Irawan, SpPD-KHOM, is a member of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) and the Indonesian Association of Internal Medicine Specialists (PAPDI). His clinical interests include Hemostasis, Solid Tumor and Hematology Malignancy, as well as Supportive and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Cosphiadi Irawan has further enriched his expertise through training in patient care, particularly in the administration of chemotherapy for cancer patients.

Dr. Daksa Ganapati is a distinguished professional in the field of radiation oncology, currently serving as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali, since June 2020. Concurrently, since June 2019, he has been contributing his expertise as a Lecturer at the Academy of Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy (ATRO) in Denpasar, Bali. Dr. Ganapati holds the position of Radiation Oncologist at Prof. IGNG Ngoerah General Hospital in Denpasar, Bali, since December 2017. His leadership extends to being the Head of the Integrated Cancer Centre at Prof. Ngoerah Hospital. Dr. Ganapati embarked on his journey in radiation oncology with a residency at Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital in Jakarta from July 2013 to August 2017. Prior to his specialization, he served as the Manager of Medical Services at Surya Husadha Hospital in Denpasar, Bali, from January 2008 to June 2013. Dr. Ganapati's educational background includes his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (2001-2007), and his postgraduate specialty in Radiation Oncology Residency at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (2013-2017). With his extensive experience and commitment to advancing cancer care, Dr. Daksa Ganapati stands as a prominent figure in the medical community.

Dr. Denny Handoyo, born on November 25, 1985, in Jakarta, is a dedicated Radiation Oncologist. He obtained his specialist degree in Onkologi Radiasi (Radiation Oncology) from Universitas Indonesia in 2017. Earlier, he completed his medical profession (Profesi Dokter) at Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2010 and a bachelor's degree in Medical Education (Pendidikan Dokter) in 2008. Denny has been an active member of various organizations, including the Asian Medical Student Association and the Indonesian Association of Radiation Oncology Specialists. Currently working as a Radiation Oncologist at MRCCC Siloam Semanggi, he combines his medical expertise with a commitment to cancer care and prevention.

Dr. Diani Kartini, SpB(K)Onk completed her general practitioner education at the Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University, Solo, in 2000 and her surgical specialist education at the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, in 2006. She then completed her subspecialist education in 2009 and Doctoral education in 2019 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Dr. Dr. Diani Kartini, SpB(K)Onk is a Clinical Educator at the FKUI Surgery Study Program with the current functional position being Lector. She is an expert in the field of surgical oncology and is listed as a staff member in the Surgical Oncology Division, Department of Surgical Sciences, FKUI-RSCM.

Dr. Dr. Tubagus Djumhana Atmakusuma, Sp.PD-KHOM is an Internal Medicine Specialist who practices at Premier Jatinegara Hospital, East Jakarta. He provides internal medicine consultation services specifically for blood diseases and cancer. Dr. Dr. Tubagus Djumhana, Sp.PD-KHOM completed studies in General Medicine, Specialist in Internal Medicine and a Doctorate degree at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Apart from being active as a doctor, he is also active in organizations related to his specialist field. He is the General Chair of the Indonesian Hematology and Blood Transfusion Association (PHTDI) and also the General Secretary of the Indonesian Hemostasis Thrombosis Association (PTHI).

Eko Adhi Pangarsa MD, PhD, Hematology – Medical Oncology Consultant. Affiliated withthe Hematology-Medical Oncology – Oncology Department at Karyadi Hospital in Semarang. He isthe Chairman of the Research Ethic Committee. He holds the position of Secretary of the Central Commitee of the IndonesianOncology Society (INASO/POI). Furthermore, he is the Chairman of the Indonesian CancerFoundation, specifically for the Central Jawa Coordinator Branch. His roles also include being theVice Chairman of the Organization Division for Central Committee of ISHMO, an acronym forPERHOMPEDIN, as well as the Vice Chairman for the PAPDI Semarang Branch. He is a member ofthe National Committee of Bone Marrow Transplantation and the Standard Committee of AsiaPacific Bone Marrow Transplantation. Pangarsa's recent educational pursuits include the ESMO Preceptorship inColorectal Cancer in Singapore and for Lung Cancer. He attended the ESMO Academy in Oxford,United Kingdom. He has also completed the Lymphoma Working Party Education Course with theEuropean Bone Marrow Transplant in Ireland. In addition, he participated in the Preceptorship forBreast Cancer in Premenopausal Women in Taipei and was a part of the International Workshop onBone Marrow Transplantation held in Semarang. Furthermore, he completed a Clinical Attachmentat the Catalan Institute of Oncology in Barcelona, Spain.

Dr. Endang Nuryadi is a experienced radiation oncologist with over 10 years of dedicated service in Indonesia. He currently holds a dual position, contributing his expertise to both patient care and the education field of Radiation Oncology. His focused interest includes breast cancer, pediatric cancer, lympho-musculoskeletal cancer, and translational research. He currently is the chairperson of the Indonesian College of Radiation Oncology and council member from Indonesia for several oncology society in Asia Pacific region.

Dr Lim Wei Tching Faye Lynnette works at National Cancer Centre Singapore in the Division of Radiation Oncology as a Consultant BMedSci (Nottingham), MBBS (Nottingham), MRCP (UK), FRCR (Clinical Oncology)(UK). Her area of specialty is Radiation Oncology and sub-specialties are Breast, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary, Upper Gastrointestinal, and Colorectal.

Dr. Handoko is a dedicated medical professional with a multifaceted career spanning various roles in medicine. Beginning his journey as a Medical Doctor, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Indonesia in 2007. His quest for knowledge led him to the University of Melbourne, Australia, where he earned a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2011. Driven by a passion for oncology, he completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, from 2016 to 2019. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia since 2021, Dr. Handoko demonstrates a commitment to advancing medical research. His comprehensive understanding of medicine is enriched by a diverse employment history, including serving as a General Physician at RSUD Sibolga, North Sumatra (2014-2015), and currently as a General Physician and Radiation Oncologist at RS Martha Friska, Medan, and the Department of Radiation Oncology, RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta, respectively, since 2015 and 2020. Dr. Handoko's pursuit of excellence extends to his engagement in continuing medical education and numerous publications. His involvement in various conferences and courses worldwide showcases his commitment to staying abreast of cutting-edge developments in his field. His research has been presented at international conferences and published in reputable journals, focusing on areas such as immunotherapy, radiotherapy, and oncology. As a speaker, Dr. Handoko has shared his insights in national and international events, contributing to discussions on hypofractionation strategies, targeting tumor hypoxia, and the role of radiotherapy in various cancers. His dedication to improving cancer care is evident not only in his clinical practice but also in his contributions to medical literature and global medical education initiatives.

Hope S. Rugo, MD, FASCO, is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she is also the director of Breast Oncology and Clinical Trials Education. Dr. Rugo joined the Breast Care Center in 1999 after a decade of experience at University of California San Francisco in malignant hematology and bone marrow transplantation for a variety of diseases, including breast cancer. She entered the field of breast cancer in order to incorporate novel therapies based on an understanding of the biology of cancer with excellent quality of care into the treatment of women with breast cancer.

Dr. I Wayan Losen Adnyana, Sp.PD-KHOM, is a highly accomplished medical professional specializing in Internal Medicine, particularly in Hematology and Oncology. Born on January 19, 1971, in Burdendem, Dr. Adnyana has a rich educational background from Udayana University, culminating in a Ph.D. in 2021. With a history of diverse roles and responsibilities at the medical school, he has contributed significantly to academia and medical practice. Dr. Adnyana has held various functional positions, including Expert Assistant and Lector, showcasing his expertise and dedication to medical education. His extensive research portfolio covers a wide range of hematological and oncological topics, with several publications in national and international journals. Dr. I Wayan Losen Adnyana's contributions reflect his commitment to advancing medical knowledge and providing quality healthcare.

Professor Dr. Dr. dr Ikhwan Rinaldi, SpPD-KHOM, M.Epid, MPd.Ked, FACP, FINASIM is a medical oncology and hematology consultant at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital which is a national referral hospital located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Previously, Professor Ikhwan Rinaldi finished his undergraduate and medical degree at Universitas Indonesia in 1998. He then completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at Universitas Indonesia. Professor Rinaldi has also finished master of epidemiology and master of medical education programs from Universitas Indonesia. Furthermore, he successfully completed two doctoral programs in medicine and epidemiology from Universitas Indonesia. He is currently a fellow of the American College of Physicians, member of European Society for Medical Oncology, member of American Society of Hematology, and member of International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis. His main clinical interest is in breast cancer, lung cancer, and hematological malignancies but also include general oncology. Professor Rinaldi has published more than 65 peer-reviewed articles and has given over 70 presentations at scientific meetings. Professor Rinaldi also received several awards from the ministry of research and technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

Dr. Irianiwati Graduated as a pathologist in 1999 and became a consultant of breast and female genital pathology in 2005. Works as a lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Gadjah Mada University and currently is the head of the Department of Anatomical Pathology. Works as a pathologist at Sardjito General Hospital since 2000 to establish histopathology and cytopathology diagnosis and also active in clinicopathological conferences which are very important in patient management. Active in developing molecular-based pathology examination for patient services and research. The research carried out is mainly about breast cancer and has been published in international journals. Currently is the head of breast and female genital pathology division at the Indonesian Pathology Collegium.

Dr. Iris Wong is an accomplished Associate Consultant in Clinical Oncology, currently serving at the United Christian Hospital. With extensive medical expertise, she previously held positions at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, contributing significantly to the field. Dr. Wong holds fellowships from the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, Hong Kong College of Radiologists, and Royal College of Radiology in Clinical Oncology. Her academic achievements include a Best Original Article award for her work on thyroid cancers. A dedicated professional, she has presented and chaired sessions at various international and local conferences, showcasing her commitment to advancing cancer research and treatment.

Dr Jack Chan is a Consultant Medical Oncologist who practises at National Cancer Centre Singapore and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, subspecialising in gynaecological and breast cancers. Dr Chan serves as Secretary of Gynecologic Cancer Group Singapore, and also sits on the Japanese Society of Medical Oncology’s International Steering Committee and Asian Society of Gynecologic Oncology’s Special Task Force on Personalized Medicine. Dr Chan’s research interests include early and late phase clinical trials and translational work in female cancers. He is the Principal Investigator of investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored trials.

Janice Tsang is a Specialist in Medical Oncology and the Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, HKU, and Founding Convenor of HKBOG, Hong Kong. Dr Tsang’s research interests lie mainly in breast oncology, geriatric oncology, translational research and psycho-oncology. Being the first female academic medical oncologist at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), she was awarded the 2014 Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award, and the 2012 Hong Kong City Lady Award (Professional & Academic Category) as the only medical professional receiving this award for the year. She was also the winner of the Psychosocial Oncology Young Investigator Award at the 16th Hong Kong International Cancer Congress & 6th Annual Meeting of Centre for Cancer Research in 2009, and was bestowed the Faculty Teaching Medal in 2012, and the Outstanding Teaching Award (Team Award) for Medical Humanities in 2013 in recognition of her being one of the pioneers in incorporating medical humanities in the formal medical curriculum. She has conducted over 80 clinical trials, including local, regional and international multicenter clinical trials. She has been serving as Chairperson for the Data Monitoring Committee, Steering Committee members for major multi-centered clinical trials, as well as various international and regional advisory boards. She is a key opinion leader in breast oncology both locally and regionally. She is also the Founding Convenor of the HKBOG, which is now a member of the ‘Breast International Group’, being the 3rd Asian member after Japan and Taiwan. She is also appointed as Chair of the CTRG Audit Committee for the National Cancer Institute in 2017, and a member of the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG), serving as co-track chair for translational research in SIOG. She is also the Co-Chair of the Organizing Committee of the 8th Global Chinese Breast Cancer Organizations Alliance Conference 2021. Dr Tsang is currently member of the Specialty Board of Medical Oncology and used to be the Programme Director for Medical Oncology in the Hong Kong Island at the Hong Kong College of Physicians; a member of the Coordinating Committee (CoC) for Medical Oncology at the Hospital Authority; Deputy Chairperson for the Institutional Review Board for the Hong Kong West Cluster/HKU; and Director of Cancer Centre at Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong. She has various appointments in different professional bodies, such as Honorary Advisor for various cancer self-help groups, including the Hong Kong Christian Cancer Care Association and the Hong Kong Cancer Fund. Furthermore, she serves as member of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee and the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee in Hong Kong. She also serves as Deputy Chairman for the Women for Oncology Committee at the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) for the term of 2020–2021, and as Founding Convenor of the Hong Kong Women for Oncology (HKW4O).

Dr Javier Cortes is head of breast cancer and gynecological cancers at Hospital Universitario Ramón y Cajal in Madrid, Spain, as well as Clinical Investigator in the breast cancer research program at Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology in Barcelona, Spain.

Dr. Jeffry Beta Tenggara, SpPD-KHOM, is a distinguished medical professional specializing in Internal Medicine and Hemato-Oncology. He completed his medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, in 2005, followed by specialization in Internal Medicine in 2011 and a consultancy in Hematology-Oncology in 2012, both from Universitas Indonesia. Currently practicing at MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi, Jakarta-Selatan, and Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk, Dr. Jeffry Beta is known for his expertise in the fields of cancer, blood disorders, and chemotherapy. Dr Karmen Wong is a medical oncologist with more than 30 years of clinical practice. She received her oncology training at the National University Hospital (NUH), National Cancer Centre, Singapore (NCC) and University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), who have a reputation for health sciences research and patient care under the HMDP scholarship.

Dr Kiley Loh is a medical oncologist specializing in breast cancers and cancer supportive and survivorship care at the Penang Adventist Hospital in Malaysia. Dr Loh graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2005, before undergoing medical oncology training with the Victorian Medical Oncology Training Program at several Melbourne-based hospitals, including the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He joined National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) in 2014 after the completion of his training and went on to subspecialize in the field of breast cancers.

Dr Lalit Krishna is a Senior Consultant at the Division of Supportive and Palliative Care, National Cancer Centre. He is also currently a Visiting Consultant at Bright Vision Hospital and Assisi Hospice. Dr Lalit Krishna also holds the appointments of Clinical Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School, and Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He is the chairman of the Clinical Ethics Committee and the Internal Audit Committee at NCCS. He is actively involved in teaching and continues to participate in medical, nursing and allied health education and is undertaking a PhD in Medical Education.

Prof Lee obtained her medical degrees from the National University of Singapore and the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom, and completed a fellowship in cancer genetics at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, United States. She is currently Head and Senior Consultant with the Department of Haematology-Oncology, and Associate Director of Research at NCIS, as well as Senior Principal Investigator at the Cancer Science Institute, Singapore. She specialises in breast cancer and directs the Cancer Genetics program at NCIS. Her research focus is on breast cancer, pharmacogenetics and cancer genetics, and she has been the Principal Investigator of more than 40 industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated breast cancer clinical trials.

Dr. Mabel Wong is a Senior Consultant in the Division of Medical Oncology at National Cancer Centre Singapore, and Visiting Consultant at KK Hospital. She obtained her undergraduate medical degree from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Mabel has been practicing in Singapore since 2008, focusing mainly on medical oncology. Dr. Ni Gusti Ayu Arini Junita Putri Kardinal is a Hematologist and Medical Oncologist based in Bali, Indonesia. She graduated as a Medical Doctor from Universitas Udayana in 2003, and then as an Internist from the same university in 2010. She completed her subspecialty in Hematology and Medical Oncology in 2019. In addition to her formal education, she has also received training in bone marrow transplantation, clinical teaching, advanced transfusion, and thromboprophylaxis management. Dr. Kardinal is currently a member of the Indonesian Society of Internal Medicine (PAPDI), the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI), and the Indonesian Society of Hematology and Medical Oncology (ISHMO). She is working as a Hematologist and Medical Oncologist in RSUD Mangusada Badung, RS Siloam Bali, and RSUD Bali Mandara. Over the past few years, she has presented several case reports and scientific posters at various international scientific events.

Nirmala Bhoo-Pathy is a professor of epidemiology and public health in Universiti Malaya. She is also a board certified public health physician and practices in University Malaya Medical Centre, Malaysia. Dr Bhoo-Pathy's career is focused on improving life after cancer particularly for families living in the low- and middle-income countries. Notably, Dr Bhoo Pathy was the principal investigator of the Asean CosTs In ONcology (ACTION) study, comprising close to 10,000 cancer patients from eight low-and middle-income member countries of the Association of South East Asian Nation (ASEAN). The study has been crucial in providing evidence for low- and middle-income countries to prioritize policies and develop local solutions to reduce the financial loss and premature deaths associated with cancer. Peter Dubsky developed and heads, the Tumour- and Breast Cancer Centre at the Hirslanden Klinik St. Anna in Lucerne, Switzerland. In 2023 he joined the faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at the University of Lucerne. He is the founder of the “Network of Hirslanden Breast Cancer Centres (NHBCC)” and the “Lucerne Toolbox Consensus” which provides clinical guidance on local therapy options for breast cancer patients. In addition, he currently serves as the Vice President of the Breast Cancer group at SAKK (Swiss Group for Clinical Cancer Research). He received his MD and completed his surgical training at the Medical University of Vienna. After a post-doctoral fellowship in cancer immunology in the US and board certification in General and Visceral Surgery, he focused his clinical work and research on breast cancer. In addition to his ongoing work as a breast surgeon and clinical trialist, his active research interests focus on biomarkers in early breast cancer. Dr. Philip, following a brief tenure in Turnhout, Belgium, amassed 23 years of professional experience in Tilburg. Subsequently, he spent three years as the Head of Radiation Oncology in Nijmegen and at Institut Curie. In 2020, Dr. Philip returned closer to home, joining the Iridium Netwerk and the University of Antwerp. His current research focuses on breast cancer and FLASH-RT. In 2005, he completed his Ph.D. thesis on quality assurance in clinical trials in breast cancer at the University of Maastricht under the guidance of Professors Lambin and Van den Bogaert. Dr. Philip advocates for a genuine multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment, emphasizing information and consent culture for patients. As the past president of ESTRO and ECCO, he played a significant role in international networking. Dr. Philip values the diversity in Europe and globally, aiming to enhance knowledge and collaboration in oncology. His commitment to education is evident as the course director of the ESTRO Breast Courses and a faculty member of ESMO, ESSO, and ESO. He actively contributes to multiple breast cancer guidelines, serves on the editorial board of around 10 journals, and has an extensive publication record of approximately 400 scientific articles and book chapters. Dr. Pornsira Hongsakul is a dedicated medical professional based in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Raden Yohana Azhar is a distinguished Surgical Oncologist with a profound interest in Cancer Prevention, particularly in Breast and Thyroid cancers. Dr. Rini Andriani, MD, PhD, is a highly regarded medical professional with a distinguished career in neuro-oncology. Prof Roger Daniel Vaughan is the Director for the Centre for Quantitative Medicine (CQM) and Centre for Clinician Scientist Development (CCSD) and he is also the Associate Dean for the Office of Research at the Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. Prior to that, he was the Director of Biostatistics at The Rockefeller University Hospital, and Professor at the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences.

Dr Ronald A. Hukom is a consultant hematologist / medical oncologist at National Cancer Center (Dharmais Hospital) and Pondok Indah Hospital in Jakarta. He has more than 25 years of clinical practice, with a Master degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from The University of Manchester (UK). Dr Hukom is also active in the Indonesian Society for Hematology and Medical Oncology (ISHMO).

Dr. Samuel J. Haryono, SpB(K)Onk, is a medical professional who received his doctor degree from FK UGM. He began his career with a placement in Kalimantan, subsequently obtaining his specialization in Surgery in 1991 and later in Oncology Surgery in 1998 from FK UI. Dr. Haryono has joined training in oncology surgery, including fellowships at University Medical Center Gronigen, Netherlands, and Antonie van Leuwenhoek/Netherland Cancer Institute Amsterdam. Additionally, he completed a traineeship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. In 2012, Dr. Haryono earned his doctoral degree from FK UGM, focusing his dissertation on "Familial Breast Cancer: Exploring Inherited Predisposition Genes and Risk Calculation." Presently, he fills his day as an oncology surgeon and researcher at Dharmais Cancer Hospital and MRCCC Cancer Hospital in Jakarta. Dr. Haryono is also the founder of SJH Initiatives, a collective of researchers committed to advancing cancer research, and the person behind the Trans-Academic Cancer Genetics (TACG) national meeting.

Dr Samuel Ow strongly believes in the importance of training the next generation of physicians. He is an Assistant Professor on the Clinician-Educator track at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and is currently the Associate Program Director of the Medical Oncology Senior Residency Program at NCIS.

Dr. Dr. Sawitri Darmiati, Sp.Rad(K) completed her medical education at the University of Indonesia in 1985. She then continued her specialist education at the Radiology Specialist Doctor Education Program at the University of Indonesia and graduated in 1994. Then in 2012, Dr. Dr. Sawitri Darmiati successfully completed Consultant or Subspecialist Education in the field of Breast Radiology. He then continued his doctoral studies at the University of Indonesia Medical Sciences Study Program and graduated in 2015. Dr. Dr. Sawitri Darmiati, Sp.Rad(K) is a Clinical Educator Lecturer at the Sp-1 Radiology Study Program FKUI with the current functional position being Lector. He is an expert in the specialty fields of Breast Radiology and Pediatric Radiology and is listed as staff in the Breast Radiology Division, Radiology Department, FKUI-RSCM.

Shaheenah Dawood is a consultant medical oncologist and professor in Clinical Oncology in the United Arab Emirates with nearly 20 years of experience having worked in Canada, USA and UAE Dr. Shaheenah is the president of Cancer Congress that is held annually in Dubai and is co-president of the Asia pacific breast cancer summit (APBCS) and Asia pacific gastrointestinal cancer summit (APGCS). She has also recently launched the international BRCA forum and MENA immune-oncology summit.

Dr. Shyam Shrivastava is one of the most senior radiation oncologists in Mumbai. He has more than 4 decades of experience treating cancer patients with different techniques of radiotherapy. Dr. Shyam Shrivastava is one of the finest radiation oncologists in the country and is adept at using modern radiotherapy techniques to treat a wide range of cancer cases. Prof. Soehartati Gondhowiardjo is a fulltime Professor and Radiation Oncologist at Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital Jakarta (RSCM), Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia. Currently she is the Coordinator for Comprehensive Cancer Care at RSCM, and a member of the Medical Committee. She is the co-founder of Indonesian Radiation Oncology Society (IROS), South East Asian Radiation Oncology Group (SEAROG), and Federation of Asian Organizations for Radiation Oncology (FARO), where she served as the past-president of each society and is still active as their Advisory board member. Prof. Tati became a radiologist in 1987 and studied Radiation Oncology in Universitaet Muenster – Germany in 1988. She had her Ph.D. on EBV and cell proliferation activity of nasopharyngeal as predictive factors of nasopharyngeal cancer radiation responses in 1998, and became a Professor at Universitas Indonesia in 2005. She received The Honorary Member Award for her contribution to the field of radiation oncology at ESTRO 37, Barcelona. Among her many interests are Molecular Oncology, Nasopharyngeal Cancers, Breast Cancer, Stereotactic Radiotherapy, and Global Oncology, for which she has been actively sharing her expertise in numerous international forums and publications. She was also the past-president of Indonesian Society for Oncology (ISO), and a member of Council for the Asian Clinical Oncology Society (ACOS), the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), Pediatric Radiation Oncology Society (PROS) and also responsible as the National Project Coordinator/Principal Investigator for several IAEA projects. Nationwide, she also served as the Chairperson of National Cancer Control Committee (NCCC) in 2014 - 2019.

Dr. Soni Panigoro SpB (K) Onk., M.Epi., MARS is a Surgical Oncology Specialist who practices at Eka Hospital. He is a medical graduate from the University of Indonesia. Dr. Dr. Sonar Soni Panigoro SpB (K) Onk., M.Epi., MARS is the Chairman of the ETWCC Integrated Cancer Center. He is very expert in the field of surgical oncology and is listed as a staff member in the Surgical Oncology Division, Department of Surgical Sciences, FKUI-RSCM.

Dr Teo leads the research portfolio at Cancer Research Malaysia, where she and her team spearheaded the largest study of genomic profiles on Asian breast cancers, providing valuable insights into treatment and survival for Asian women. Their efforts contributed to the development of the first investigator-led clinical trial testing new therapies for Asian breast cancer patients. In a pioneering move, Teo initiated the Malaysian Breast Cancer Genetic Study, leading to the identification of genes associated with cancer risk and the creation of the Asian Genetic Risk Calculator. Her research findings have garnered numerous research grants, including the prestigious Wellcome Trust Collaborative Science Award and the Newton Grant Awards.

Dr. Sung-Bae Kim is a Professor at Asan Medical Center, University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. He attained his MD and PhD from Kyunghee University Medical School, completed clinical training in internal medicine at Ewha Womans University and undertook a clinical fellowship at Division of Hematology-Oncology at Asan Medical Center.

Dr. Mayang Permata is a radiation oncologist in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital and a lecturer/teaching staff of Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She obtained her PhD degree from the Heavy Ion Therapy Leading Programme, Gunma University, Maebashi, Japan where she participated in research focusing on radiation effects to PD-L1 expression in cancer cells. Her special interest apart from breast, thorax and pediatric cancer cases in the clinics include cancer immunology, cancer genomics, and health economics in radiation oncology.

Dr Tira Tan is a consultant medical oncologist at the National Cancer Centre Singapore with a clinical focus in the treatment of breast cancers and early phase drug development. Dr Tan chairs the pre-operative and young women’s breast cancer programs at NCCS and is the divisional deputy director of research as well as a primary and co-investigator on many early and late phase studies specifically in novel therapeutics and treatment strategies in triple negative breast cancer.

Clinical Associate Professor Veronique Tan is a Senior Consultant and Chief of Breast Surgery at National Cancer Centre Singapore and Singapore General Hospital. She also Heads the SingHealth Duke-NUS Breast Centre. As one of the few breast surgeons in Singapore formally trained in oncoplastic breast surgery, A/Prof Tan believes that the appearance of the breast after cancer resection is important, and that every patient should have a tailored, individualised surgical solution. She works within a dynamic multidisciplinary team to deliver precise, high quality and effective treatment.

Dr Wong Nan Soon is an oncologist practising at Gleneagles Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Hospitals, Singapore. His subspecialty interests are in breast cancer and gastrointestinal cancer. He completed his advanced specialty training in general medical oncology in 2003, and subsequently a clinical fellowship subspecializing in breast medical oncology in Sunnybrook and Women’s Health Science Centre in Canada, where he trained under world-renowned breast oncologists including Professor Kathleen Pritchard. He was promoted to the position of consultant in 2006 and subsequently rose to the position of senior consultant and chief of the breast team in the department of medical oncology at National Cancer Centre, Singapore

Dr. Yap is Senior Consultant in the Division of Medical Oncology at the National Cancer Centre Singapore, and Associate Professor at Duke-National University Singapore. A recipient of the Singapore National Medical Research Council (NMRC) Clinician Scientist Award (CSA), her research focuses primarily on clinical and translational research in breast cancer, including liquid biopsies and predictive biomarkers, development of novel therapeutic strategies, and epidemiologic studies on treatment outcomes in breast cancer.

Dr Zhang Zewen completed senior residency training in medical oncology at SGH NCC and is currently a Medical Oncologist in NCCS sub-specializing in Breast cancer and Gynecological cancer. He has a special interest in Cancer Genetics, and is part of the Cancer Genetics Service team involved in research related to hereditary cancer predisposition syndromes, including Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer and Lynch syndrome. He is also passionate towards medical education and serves as Clinical Instructor in both Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
