CATEGORY GUIDELINES

Students & Residents – Only Students currently enrolled in a College/University are eligible to avail STUDENT rate. Students & Residents will be required to provide/upload current Student ID/staff ID for validation purposes.
Abstract Presenters – The Abstract Presenter Category is exclusively for Abstract Presenters whose E-Poster submission has been approved. The passcode to access this category will be provided alongside the notification of your abstract’s approval.
Group Registration – Avail exclusive discount when registering as a group! Minimum group requirement: 10 Delegates. For group registration inquiries, please contact Mr. Eugene Pabustan eugene.pabustan@index.ae
Society Partner Members – Only Members belonging to our “Partner Societies” can avail of the Society Member rate.
